Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role
EQL Apparel is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help grow our online sales through paid advertising.
You'll mainly work across Meta and TikTok, running campaigns, testing new ideas and figuring out what products and creatives are driving sales.
We're a small, fast-growing fashion e-commerce brand, so we're looking for someone who is hands-on, comfortable testing different approaches and able to make decisions based on real results.
What you'll do
Set up, manage and optimize Meta and TikTok ad campaigns.
Monitor performance and manage advertising spend.
Test different products, audiences, creatives and campaign ideas.
Work closely with the content team to identify what creatives we should produce and test next.
Scale campaigns that are working and improve or stop those that aren't.
Track key performance numbers including sales, ROAS, CPA and conversion.
Share simple weekly updates on performance, learnings and next steps.
What we're looking for
2-3+ years of experience running paid advertising, ideally for an e-commerce brand.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
TikTok Ads experience is a plus.
Comfortable working with numbers and understanding campaign performance.
Good understanding of how content and creatives affect advertising results.
Able to work independently, test quickly and take ownership of your work.
Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle or e-commerce is a plus.
