ABOUT THE ROLE
Crossian is a high-growth technology-driven e-commerce business. Behind our success is our people. As a start-up formed in 2020, we have created a fast-paced and dynamic environment, enabling our people to reach a cumulative average growth rate of over 900% in just under 4 years. Our mission now is to build direct-to-consumer brands and increase customer LTV.
We are looking for an Potential Marketing Performance Lead to lead and manage the Performance team managing digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong Data Analysis, team management, and process optimization skills
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Build Objective, Initiative, and Actionable plan for the team:
- Set up Performance Objectives for the team
- Develop Models to achieve Targets
2. Manage the team to execute Initiatives and action plans:
- Establish an operational Process to manage members' Daily/Weekly/Monthly activities
- Lead & Manage a team of 3-5 members
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the executive team
3. Coach & grow team members on Mindset and Skillset.
4. Collaboration with cross-functional team to achieve objectives:
- Create Sales Forecasts/Scale Plans for the Short Term and Long Term to collaborate with Fulfillment team.
- Collaborate with Content team to develop effective creatives that drive conversions

Yêu cầu
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields requiring data and numerical aptitude: Accounting, Auditing, Data Analysis, Computer Science, IT, Mathematical Economics, or Applied Mathematics.
2. Alternatively, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields related to Project Management, Business Administration, Investment Economics, Project Management, Software, Construction, etc.
3. Project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Scrum Master, or Agile are an advantage.
4. Certifications in Data or related fields are also a plus.
5. High school specialization in natural sciences such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or having won provincial awards in Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry from grades 9 to 12 is an advantage.
6. Current work experience in roles requiring strong data and logical skills: Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Data Analysis, IT, etc.
7. Experience managing a team of 3-5 members.
