Mô tả Công việc
- Function as an extension of SC Director in the implementation of projects and execution of tasks (coordinate project activities
- under SC Director's direction)
- Assist SC Director with daily admin tasks involved with building up a new department
- Arranging appointments / meeting rooms, preparing minutes and other documents for SC Director as requested.
- Preparing & distributing of memo, information and all formal correspondences issued by SC Director.
- Co-ordinate with other parties and Depts. to build up working procedure, standard form, standard report, plan, etc
- Responsible for checking, verifying, translating commercial documents, attend meeting on my behalf and taking note
- Tasks will require creating reports, good skill of presentation compiling and business administration knowhow, email inbox
- management, handling schedule, project support
- Receiving document from projects to check and submit to relevant depts. (legal, accounting, procurement, etc.)
- Deliver pro-active support for coordination with other departments as required
- This headcount will be served for new retail division: Phong Vu/ Vnshop/ Karavan/ Umbala
- At least 3 years of experiences in Personal Assistant/ Administration with good references
- Language: English fluent
- Must have good level: Excel/ MS office/ Google Suit/ Project support experience
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism at all time
- Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines and objectives
