Mô tả công việc
1. Checking all documents and expenses before payment to ensure that these expenses have been approved by relevant authorities and Legal, Vietnamese accounting standard (VAS) and compliance policies are met (TCI &ICB)
2. Preparing CIT, FCT calculation, declaration & finalization and tax issue resolutions as required (TCI)
3. Preparing and submitting monthly and yearly statistic reports to Statistics Office of HCMC (TCI)
4. Preparing and submitting monthly management reports to TCI and to the Group: related party reports, monthly TT discount reports, estimate monthly reports
5. Coordinating with annual external auditors, internal auditor to complete Financial Statements, Transfer Pricing Report and submitting reports to management & BJC Group outlining problems and corrective action proposed and taken (TCI)
6. Be responsible for an effective internal control system by building and improving policies, processes and procedures (TCI & ICB)
7. Support to oversee the daily operations of the accounting department (TCI & ICB)
8. Preparing Docs to charge back Suppliers: Thai Wah (monthly), Dove (if any).
9. Other special tasks assigned by CFO and Management (TCI & ICB)

Graduated from a university majoring in accounting and finance
From 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or equivalent
Female, from 28 to 35 years old
Good English
Have a good understanding of the laws and regulations of the state
