Mô tả công việc
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical corporation who is looking for a talent to join their firm:
Executive Support:Manage the Chairman's complex and dynamic schedule, including arranging high-level meetings, personal schedules and travel itineraries.
Office Management:Support daily operations of the Chairman's office and general administration task ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
Confidentiality and Discretion:Uphold the strictest levels of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communications.
Stakeholder Engagement:Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman and key stakeholders including CEOs, Senior Executives of portfolio companies, managing relationships with professionalism and tact.
Event Coordination:Plan and execute corporate events, managing all aspects from concept to completion.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role, with proven experience in a senior administrative or office management position.
Experience at top-tier professional firms, and/or hospitality is a significant plus
Experience working with senior executive including Chairman/ CEO is a significant plus
Skills: Advanced organizational and leadership skills; mastery in Microsoft Office Suite; exceptional communication abilities.
Personal Attributes: Unparalleled discretion and confidentiality, resilience under pressure, adaptability, proactive and forward-thinking.
Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role, with proven experience in a senior administrative or office management position.
Experience at top-tier professional firms, and/or hospitality is a significant plus
