Mô tả công việc
1.Personal assistant to CEO at all aspects
Translate relevant documents into English/Vietnamese
Lead Recruitment Process
Review company emails
Prepare reports and presentations requested
OD tasks involve optimizing organizational performance and fostering a positive work culture; JD tasks include crafting and maintaining job descriptions under HR / CEO supervision
Facilitate relationships for CEO with third parties.1. Manage schedules, organize and attend meetings or fairs or any other CEO related activity, and prepare necessary documents for the Director to ensure efficient time management and productivity.
2. Act as a bridge between the Director and various departments, facilitating accurate and clear communication.
3. Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational plans for departments to align with company goals.
4. Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide critical information to assist the Director in decision-making.
5. Coordinate and organize internal and external company events.
6. Monitor and report the progress of projects assigned by the Director, ensuring timely and quality completion.
7. Convey the Director's directives to relevant departments and monitor implementation to ensure compliance with company policies.
8. Handle high-level administrative tasks, including preparing documents, drafting correspondence, and maintaining essential records.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
2. Skills:
Perfect English Communication Skills
Perfect interpersonal Skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and information delivery skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
4. Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Quick, meticulous, and responsible in handling tasks.

· Salary: 8 - 15 million VND/month, depending on qualifications and experience.
