Personal Branding Executive

About us:
Ngọc Dung Beauty Center is a growing beauty and aesthetics chain in Ho Chi Minh City. We are looking for a creative, strategic Personal Branding Executive to build and grow the public presence of our CEO and leadership team.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute personal branding strategies for the CEO and senior leaders
Manage and grow leadership presence on
Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
Set content direction and build long-term content plans and communication calendars
Write and edit posts, develop video scripts, and coordinate visual production
Shape a consistent voice, key messages, and personal signature across all channels
Track performance, analyze metrics, and optimize the branding strategy
Stay on top of social media trends and create content with viral potential
What We're Looking For:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree; hands-on experience in personal branding, social media, or content marketing is a plus
Proven experience building personal brands for CEOs, founders, KOLs, or industry experts
Strategic thinking in positioning, messaging, and platform-based brand growth
Strong writing and creative skills, including video scriptwriting tailored to a leader's personality and image
Excellent communication and scheduling skills; comfortable working directly with executives and drawing out their stories and perspectives
Strong understanding of user behavior and how major social platforms work
Basic filming, photography, and editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe) are an advantage
Proactive, flexible, and accountable; discreet with confidential information and able to work independently
What We Offer:
Salary negotiable based on experience
Probation: 2 months at 85% of full salary

Working Hours:
