● Design, develop, and maintain web systems using PHP and Laravel.
● Analyze technical solutions, understand system requirements, and identify product features.
● Write code, handle basic business logic, and fix bugs according to tasks assigned by the Leader. ● Research new technologies, apply improvements, and contribute to the development of new products.

Must - Have Requirements:
1+ years of hands-on experience working with PHP and Laravel in real-world projects.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding and practical application of Clean Code principles.
Ability to learn quickly and proactively keep up with new technologies and knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Japanese clients is a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as Docker and CI/CD. Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as [protected info] or React is an advantage.
Available to start immediately.
