Mô tả công việc
As a Production Planner, you will support the execution of the purchase order (PO) management process, including PO creation, handling exceptions, and overseeing order change requests. You will work closely with the Planning Team, Brand, and Vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and sustainable team performance. This role requires strong analytical skills and relationship-building capabilities to provide accurate data, highlight risks and opportunities, and ensure alignment across regions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include (but not limited to):
• Execute the PO management process, including PO creation and change memo issuance.
• Analyze weekly exceptions and unconfirmed POs, taking action to resolve issues and maintain CRD dates.
• Collaborate with Global Material Supply, QA, and vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and escalate issues when needed.
• Partner with VF Logistics and vendors to optimize delivery timelines.
• Monitor factory KPIs and maintain vendor scorecards.
• Support factory audit activities (where applicable).
• Prepare detailed analytics and production tracking tools to provide visibility to Brands and Regions.
• Monitor Factory Ledger (where applicable) and ensure balances are settled by fiscal year-end.
• Act as a change agent by building trust, communicating business objectives, and supporting transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of supply chain planning and retail operations is preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience.
• Field of Study: Operations, Supply Chain, International Business.
• Experience: Experience in planning, ideally with exposure to manufacturing or consumer goods (e.g., apparel, footwear, equipment).
• Travel: As required.
