Mô tả công việc
Check and supervise the adherence and implementation of post-audit requirements
Implement the perodic compliance audits to check the adherence to policies and procedures of the Company. Propose methods to improve those policies and procedures in order to enhance capacity and efficiency of management
Follow up and supervice the implementation of requirements mentioned by internal and external auditors and approved by CEO.
Assists in ensuring the establishment of Annual Operating Plan of the Company
Runs the annual financial business planning process of the company
Coordinates with production in establishing estimated production/sales quantity based on the projected capacity.
Analyzes different scenarios and recommends options to manage PBT and growth calculations
Assists in developing quarterly and/or monthly rolling forecast and tracking process to ensure that actual results of operations are within forecast
Issues Opex reports to departments and to management monthly while identifying risks and opportunities to ensure that each department is within the Opex budget.
Releases P&L information as requested by various users
Track all expenses and provides update to all cost center owner.
Yêu cầu
***Knowledge & Experiences:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountan - Audit; preferably CPA
Preferably with a higher degree in a management discipline or a professional qualification;
1-3 years experience in Audit/Strategic/Financial Planning activities of a large organization (preferably in FMCG).
Background in farming/food and beverage processing is preferable
