Goods Receipt Management
Perform timely and accurate receipt of goods for shipments from SVT
Verify shipment quantities and part numbers against delivery documents and system record
Report any discrepancies (shortages, damages, or incorrect items) for immediate resolution.
Shipping Documentation & Data Entry Support
Prepare, review, and maintain shipping-related documents, including delivery notes, invoices, and tracking records.
Accurately enter shipment data into the system
Ensure all transfer transactions are properly documented and updated in a timely manner.
Planning Support
Support planning activities by tracking shipment schedules and delivery timelines.
Other tasks assigned by manager.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's/ associate's degree (in business or supply chain management is preferred)
Thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP.
Proficient in PC computer skills
Good verbal and written English skill. (Preferred)
Good planning and organizing skills.
Able to work independently.
1 year experience in similar position
