Mô tả công việc
1. Export loading plan
Receiving shipment plan from SCM
Check production plan, booking confirmation and Inventory to make loading plan for warehouse in order to use maximum dem, det free time and reduce inventory
2. Document
Issue Commercial Invoice and Packing list for shipment
Check label and special remark as customer's requirement to give warehouse worker
Receive Customs clearance and check it before inputting on system correctly
3. KPI control
Manage dem det free time strictly when arranging loading plan
Control direct loading and follow up cut off time

Yêu cầu
1. Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Logistics, with strong reporting skills.
2. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
