Job Description:
- Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficient production processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing performance and quality.
- Oversee the planning and execution of production schedules to meet market demands.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve operational goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork within the plant.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on plant performance to senior management.
- Engage with stakeholders to align plant operations with corporate objectives.
- Drive initiatives that support VinFast's commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Yêu cầu
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and innovation in the automotive sector.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale manufacturing operations.
