1. Prepare the SOR for the control system.
2. Define PLC, HMI, SCADA, and network architecture requirements in accordance with VinFast standards.
3. Ensure seamless integration of automation systems with equipment and higher-level systems such as MES.
4. Configure and program PLCs (e.g., Siemens), HMIs, and industrial communication networks.
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations (e.g., IEC, ISO, SIL).
6. Support Body Shop control system discussions with line builders to ensure adherence to VinFast standards, including network and MES interface requirements.
7. Prepare shop floor requirements for the GA and Body Shop.
8. Review and approve line builder documentation to ensure alignment with project and control system standards.
9. Coordinate and finalize LAN, power, and pneumatic drop layout requirements with line builders
Yêu cầu
1. Over 11 years of experience in car manufacturing process setup and control.
2. Skilled in PLC programming and control systems aligned with Industry 4.0 standards.
3. Experienced in robotic simulation and time studies to optimize cycle times and productivity.
4. Proven experience in project execution and project management within automotive environments.
5. Strong background in automotive electrical systems, with a solid understanding of communication networks such as Profinet, Profibus, Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
6. Hands-on experience in spares management systems for maintenance and production support.
7. Familiar with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and its integration with shop floor systems.
8. Capable of developing new control system functions based on evolving shop floor requirements.
9. Collaborates effectively with cross-functional departments to capture and implement their technical needs.
10. Prepares and delivers training sessions for team members as needed to ensure knowledge transfer and capability building.
