This is the position recruiting for Archetype Group's partner, focusing on international projects.
Managing MEP works - Plumping & Sanitary, Firefighting, and be responsible for the coordination and management of all aspects of plumbing (MEP) systems in projects (Design to IFC stage).
Representing the company to Client, during technical meetings.
Coordinating across multidisciplinary teams.
Communicating ideas and input within Design teams.
Planning projects and time management.
Value Engineering.
Design and calculation, preparation of design layout
Yêu cầu
Degree qualified in Plumping / Firefighting engineer
Be a licensed Engineer or possess at least equivalent Chartered or Registered Engineering accreditation and membership from a Professional Engineering Institution.
5 to 10+ years' experience within multidisciplinary Buildings MEP Design team management.
Background experience in a Lead Design Engineer Role.
Experience working on GCC Projects is preferred.
Sound knowledge of various codes and standards (Knowledge of Saudi Building Code is preferred)
Design experience in various types of buildings.
Aptitude to lead and direct.
Excellent technical knowledge of MEP and building services design principles.
Experience of working on Design & Build projects.
Strong communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of Change Control.
Computer skills including BIM.
Ability to work under pressure.
