JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and production stability.
This role focuses on reducing equipment downtime, optimizing maintenance costs, improving machine performance, and ensuring compliance with EHS requirements. Also works closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support new product launches and equipment modifications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
1. Daily Tier 1 meeting
2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
3. Drive equipment reliability improvement and reduce unplanned downtime.
4. Optimize spare parts inventory and maintenance costs.
5. Lead continuous improvement projects related to machine performance, safety, and efficiency.
6. Support equipment installation, modification, and new product launches.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field
- Good communication skill in English
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, Hands-on experience in LabVIEW programming, equipment integration, and data acquisition systems.
- Functional Skills:
Equipment Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose equipment problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
Automation & Control: Ability to work with PLC, HMI, sensors, electrical control systems, and industrial automation.
- Knowledge:
Knowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and maintenance management systems (TPM/PM) is an advantage.
Understanding of PLC, electrical control systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency in LabVIEW programming and software development for equipment automation, testing, data acquisition, and process improvement.
Maintenance Management: Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM),
Mechanical & Electrical Systems: Understanding of mechanical structures, electrical circuits, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
EHS & Safety: Knowledge of machine safety standards, risk assessment, and electrical safety.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field
