- This Florist is responsible to oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the resort's swimming pools, ensuring they meet the highest safety and hygiene standards. The Pool Cleaning Supervisor will manage a team of pool attendants, conduct regular inspections, and work closely with the facilities team to maintain an inviting pool environment for guests:
+ Supervise and coordinate daily pool cleaning and maintenance activities, ensuring all pools are safe, clean, and visually appealing.
+ Perform regular water quality testing, adjusting chemicals as needed to maintain safe pH and chlorine levels.
+ Inspect pool equipment, including filters, pumps, and chemical feeders, coordinating repairs or replacements when necessary.
+ Train, guide, and support pool attendants and cleaning staff in best practices for pool maintenance and guest safety.
+ Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly pool cleaning schedules, ensuring efficient task completion by the team.
+ Monitor poolside amenities, including sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels, to maintain a welcoming and orderly environment for guests.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding pool cleanliness and safety.
+ Collaborate with the Facilities and Housekeeping departments to ensure timely maintenance and repair of pool areas.
+ Uphold health and safety standards, complying with all resort policies and local regulations related to pool management.
- Conduct regular training on pool safety protocols, first aid, and emergency procedures to ensure staff readiness in all situations.
Yêu cầu
- Proven experience in pool maintenance, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred, ideally within a luxury resort or hospitality setting.
+ Strong knowledge of water chemistry, pool cleaning techniques, and maintenance equipment.
+ Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
+ Effective communication skills, comfortable interacting with guests and resort staff.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
+ Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
