Responsibilities
• Lead and perform basic and detailed power system studies for Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects, including Load Flow, Short Circuit, Protection Coordination, Arc-Flash, Harmonic, and Insulation Coordination analyses.
• Execute study projects from design to customer approval, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance with standards, and adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify and manage technical risks, interfaces, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and clients to resolve complex technical issues and ensure alignment on technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and progress updates for project stakeholders.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on Power Systems.
• Hands-on experience with at least one power system analysis software such as ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, PSSE, EMTP, PSCAD, ASPEN OneLiner, CAPE, or CYME.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused; able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent), both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in international and multicultural settings.
• Open to both fresh graduates with a solid technical foundation and experienced professionals.
