- Working experience in public relations required.
- Must demonstrate excellent professional written communications skills in both English & Vietnamese.
- Details oriented, bright, creative, "out-of-the-box" thinker.
- Enthusiastic to learn or undertake new things.
- Skill and experience: 1 - 2 years.
Job requirements:
Must be an account coordinator to execute various types of Marcom & PR duties, including client servicing, media relations, press materials development, events management.
Ability to create communications content including but not limited to press releases, PR articles, and advertising pieces.
Report to the
account manager of & provide support, when necessary to other accounts.
Not just familiarity but a zest for new gadgets and online social networking tools and trends such as Facebook, Tiktok, etc.
A strong interest in socio-economic and lifestyle trends in Vietnam and the world

Account Management
Support account team to meet up with Clients to collect information, research, analyse, brainstorm and develop proposals sold out to Clients.
Be the primary point of contact and build, maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Help Clients through email, phone, presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings.
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
Generate accurate reports on the status of existing accounts and new business.
Build the action plan to approach new potential Clients & maintain the current ones.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Project Management
Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Media Relation:
Support Media Relation team to build up plan to accumulate and consolidate the media database.
Build relationships with key media contacts and identify opportunities to proactively pitch brand and corporate stories through media outlets as appropriate.
