. A. MAIN DUTIES
• Build and maintain good relationships with journalists, and influencers
• Proactively engage with media contacts to manage media inquiries timely, provide appropriate
information to enhance positive content, and prevent negative content.
• Frequently research Suzuki global news, good achievements, stories from other countries and share
with the media to improve brand understanding and reputation.
• Collaborating with Marketing team to hold PR events (product launch, customer event, etc.), and
monitor media coverage after events.
• Prepare the press release and GD speech for the event.
• Monitor and analyze news and social discussion to measure brand health via social listening tool and
conduct necessary actions.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of PR activities for improvement.
• Stay up to date with PR and automobile industry trends and best practices.
B. JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Bachelor's degree. Marketing/ Business/ is preferable
• Fluent in English communication and MS Office
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Positive attitude when working with journalists.
• At least 1 year of working experience in Public Relations. Experience in Automotive field is an
advantage.
