* Intent
- Pre-Com & Commissioning Engineer will be in charge of Pre-Com and Commissioning activities and report to Commissioning Leader.
* Responsibility
- Planning and prepare procedure.
- Coordinate with technical advisers from Vendors or Licensors.
- Coordinate of field organization.
- Field material preparation.
- Monitor and analyze pre-com and commissioning progress.
* Duty
- Ensure the Pre-com & Commissioning scope has been reviewed.
- Prepare, verification and validation of commissioning procedures as per Contract requirement.
- To assist Commissioning Leader to develop detail Pre-com and Commissioning schedule.
- Coordinate among all parties concerning the field works including Third Party.
- Prepare material, tools for pre-com and commissioning work.
- Ensure perform all pre-com and commissioning work in a safe and effective manner.
- Coordinates commissioning punch list clearance activities with project team groups.
- Prepare progress report, issues to Commissioning Leader/Manager.
- Able to assist in preparation of plans and specific method statements including P&ID mark ups for activities related to pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of process systems.
- Ability to guide in preservation and maintenance of rotating equipment after equipment commissioning and start-up.
- Ability to performing air blowing, flushing, leak testing, flange management, drying & inerting of various piping.
- Collect and update P&ID for as built.
Yêu cầu
* Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering.
- Pre-commissioning and Commissioning experience is prefered.
