Be responsible for pre-sales support for business customers.
Answer customer calls, respond to customer inquiries, identify their
purchasing needs, assist them in online purchases, and contribute to the company's sales performance.
Chat simultaneously with multiple customers online, type quickly, handle customer issues promptly, identify potential purchasing needs, and assist customers in completing online purchases.
Provide high-quality customer service experience, accurately record customer needs, and promptly submit them to the subsequent sales department for follow-up.
Work closely with team members to solve problems together; maintain high efficiency under pressure.
Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0)
At least 1 year of experience in Sales,
Telesales (experience in SaaS, IT Solutions, or Software industries is a plus)
Strong learning ability and excellent communication skills.
Able to handle work pressure and complete tasks efficiently.
Shift Availability: Willing to work any assigned shift within 4:00 AM - 7:30 PM (8 working hours + 1 break hour), as arranged by management.
Working day: 5 shifts per week, and 2 flexible days off. Willing to work during Tet and holidays assigned by the manager.
