Mô tả công việc
1. Market Research Support (Core)
Support secondary research on market trends, customer behavior, competitors, product ideas, and ecommerce/POD landscape.
Consolidate data and findings from multiple sources into clear spreadsheets, summaries, and slides.
Assist in identifying basic insights, patterns, opportunities, and risks to support planning and decision-making.
Help organize research findings into structured documents, visual summaries, and presentation materials.
Support internal teams in gathering information needed for proposals, project planning, and business discussions.
2. Project & Coordination Support
Assist in maintaining trackers, timelines, task lists, meeting notes, and internal documentation.
Follow up with relevant stakeholders to collect updates and ensure workstreams are properly documented.
Prepare supporting materials for internal meetings, reports, and project reviews.
Help keep project records, folders, and working files organized and up to date.
3. Commercial / Sales Support
Assist in preparing presentation decks, proposals, simple sales materials, and internal business documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect the information needed for commercial discussions and opportunity tracking.
Support the team in compiling background information for customer, market, or product-related conversations.
4. General Team Support
Be open to taking on additional responsibilities that support team goals and business priorities.
Demonstrate willingness to learn across different business units, especially in POD, dropshipping, and ecommerce operations
Yêu cầu
Background in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields.
Detail-oriented, proactive and hardworking with a can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative and go the extra mile.
High level of cross-functional collaboration with Ops, Marketing, Product, Design and Development teams.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, ability to structure and interpret data
Prefer: Strong English proficiency (IELTS 7.5 or equivalent) with strong exposure to American culture.
