Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Organize, plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the technical pre-sales engagement for prospective clients to ensure the technical win.
Act as a technical advisor during customer meetings, calls and on-site visits.
Conduct and lead partners/customer onsite solution evaluation.
Provide first level technical support for solution evaluations.
Prepare functional requirements, functional specifications and provide assistance in Project's statement-of-work (SOW) documents in support of system quotations.
Maintain high conformity working with sales teams.
Contribute to the technical & competence development of employees by providing information transfer to internal teams.
Yêu cầu
3+ years of experience in a Pre-sales, Solution Consulting, Solution Architect, or other customer-facing technical role within the IT industry.
Solid technical background with a strong understanding of software development, system architecture, cloud technologies, or digital transformation solutions.
Professional experience as part of an enterprise company, including hands-on field sales support, security consulting, pre-
sales engineering or similar experience.
Ability to successfully navigate and relate to varying levels of functional and technical personnel at customer sites.
Good understanding of the Vietnam market and experience working with local enterprise customers is highly preferred.
Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and consulting skills.
English communication skills are a plus but are not mandatory.
