Report to: Presales Network Manager
The Presales Network Engineer position at SVTECH plays an important role in consulting and designing network system solutions and services for ISPs or businesses to deploy to customers. This position plays an important role in maintaining SVTECH's reputation and reliability in providing high-quality IT solutions in the ENT market.
Your role & responsibilities:
Research products and solutions of global network system providers such as Juniper, Arista, Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet, F5...ENT group has a wider and more diverse range of SPGPs, including additional network security SPGPs such as FW, IPS, DDoS, WAF, SSE, NAC, VPN, DNS Security,...)
Coordinate with the sales department to advise customers on solutions.
Consult the sales department to complete bidding documents.
Coordinate and discuss technical solutions with the supplier's technical experts.
Proactively generate potential customers through customer meetings and seminars.

Professional capacity requirements:
University degree in IT, Telecommunications Electronics.
Good basic knowledge of network, and security. Having a CCNP/JNCIP certificate is an advantage.
1 years of experience in implementing (postsales) IP network systems (telco) or ENT (Bank, government, Enterprise...) & consulting experience (Pre-sales). Priority is given to those who have participated in large network projects (Candidates with experience in implementing and operating NW who want to switch to consulting are accepted)
Good English skills (reading and understanding specialized documents, communicating by email with company experts).
Behavioral competency requirements:
Flexible and good problem-solving skills
Effective presentation and communication skills and good time management skills
Proactive, open-minded, eager to learn, passionate about technology
