Principal - International School | Nha Trang, Vietnam

AVE Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and student-focused female Principal to lead our growing international school in beautiful Nha Trang, Vietnam.
We are looking for a leader who is passionate about education, enjoys working closely with teachers and families, and is excited to help build a positive school culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the day-to-day operation of the school.
• Support, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff.
• Help recruit and onboard new teachers.
• Ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
• Work closely with parents and build strong relationships within the school community.
• Assist with curriculum development and school improvement initiatives.
• Promote student wellbeing, safety, and academic success.
• Work collaboratively with the school owner and leadership team.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Education (Master's degree preferred).
• Current teaching licence or certification.
• Previous leadership experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School, or similar role.
• Experience in an international school or with an international curriculum is preferred.
• Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Native English proficiency.
• Eligible to obtain a Vietnamese work permit.
