A call for a dynamic and experienced Priority Relationship Manager in Ha Noi, this position will be focusing on acquiring, managing, and nurturing relationships with VIP and high-profile clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the investment landscape, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in client relationship management.
Description
* Client Acquisition and Management: Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with VIP and high-profile clients, ensuring their investment needs are met with tailored solutions.
* Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and personalised service.
* Deliver exceptional service quality, adhering to the company's standards and best practices.
* Develop and implement customer service processes and systems to monitor and enhance client satisfaction.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
* Collaborate with the business development team to achieve goals and objectives related to client acquisition and retention.
* Analyse client behaviour to identify unspoken needs and prepare key customer analysis reports.
* Demonstrate exemplary conduct, upholding the company's values and code of conduct.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Wealth Specialists, Senior Bankers, and Client Service Managers, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in relationship management, particularly with VIP or high-profile clients in the financial services industry.
* Strong knowledge of investment products and services.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong analogical and problem-solving abilities.
