Process Analyst

Project Leadership & Management:
• Lead the design, implementation, rollout, and operation of automation and digitalization projects.
Blueprint Design:
• Layout Proposal: Design layout proposal to ensure optimal flow between human and machine, ensuring digital solutions are integrated seamlessly into the physical workspace.
• Functional Development: Translate business requirements into technical system functions, providing solution on software logic and hardware integration.
• Requirement Verification: Conduct Functional Specification (FS) reviews to ensure that developed solutions meet operational needs before deployment.
Project Implementation & Management:
• Overseeing and controlling project scope and schedule
• Maintain rigorous control over project budgets, resources and quality standards, ensuring all implementations meeting the standard.
• Risk mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks or technical risks, developing contingency plans to minimize disruption
Automation and Digitalization Roll Out:
• Rollout of automation and digitalization solution projects to domestic and overseas factories
• Standardization of best practices to ensure implementation follows global standards
Garment Industrial Engineering (IE) Expertise:
• Support production departments in productivity enhancement through SOP standardization, workstation re-engineering, technical improvements, and process optimization, as well as other IE tools.
