PROCESS CONTROL ANALYST

Job Summary
In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and uploading engineering data into the ERP system, as well as releasing engineering documents in the PDM/PLM system. You will work closely with the design engineers to ensure that all engineering information is released to the system clearly and accurately according to the appropriate processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirms the part number information and resolves discrepancies if needed
- Determines whether the changes and/or additions contained in the Fusion project affect current machines. If they do, send the project to Production Control for review and to determine disposition and implementation.
- Confirms correct data transfer from Fusion to EPICOR.
- Verifies all parts are checked in, synced to other companies, and the replication process runs.
- Releases projects in Autodesk Vault.
- Supports other departments in resolving issues related to Epicor system, such as assisting the Production team with entering or updating BOO for parts, and correcting part group, class, or planner information as needed.
- Process approved coding changes on existing parts and bills.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, contributing to a harmonious working environment and strong working relationships.
- Other related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
