Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in box build assembly, electro-mechanical integration, or contract manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly, cabling, wiring, and PCB integration.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma principles.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems; experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
IPC-A-610 / IPC-A-620
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing Certification
OSHA or safety training certification
