Report to: Operations Supervisor
Functional objectives
- Development of plastic injection parameters for new and relocation projects
- Ensure all injection machines are in good condition and ready for serial production
- Optimizing existing processes and parameter setting to maintain stable production
- Ensure to reach the defined KPIs through the shop floor management & daily activities
Is responsible for
- Analysis, definition and optimization of process-relevant parameters (e.g. injection parameters)
- Solve daily issues related to injection process
- Planning for necessary injection grippers for new projects
- Making and verifying ISIR for injection parts for new and relocation projects with R&D and Quality team
- Monitoring OEE of injection process, machine utilization
- Setup and maintain workflow of connectors in SAP, e.g. master data, work plan, bill of material, production tools and routing etc in SAP.
- Push lean manufacturing, increase production output and make costs down.
