Mô tả công việc
- Define and develop the improvement of manufacturing process to meet high standard and internal customer needs.
- Create, sustain, and review process flow, work instruction, machine trouble shooting and concerned documentations.
- Create and maintain all company quality documentations, such as: quality procedures, work instructions, data cards, staff roster, training profile etc. required by standard requirements.
- Improve quality process by improving process of 8D, Quality built in concept, Line side review (process audit by following work instruction and critical points control) activities.
- Be responsible for continuous improvement activities and consolidate the progress of improvement program from other departments.
- Work actively with other departments to provide and support the lean knowledge.
- Design internal process issues with corrective action to improve quality standard.
- Collaborate with cross functional team to perform cost production optimization tasks (from raw material, energy source, machine running time, and other factors...) by building solutions/formulas to measure production cost to improve machine, equipment, material, operating procedure and yield to achieve operating cost.
- CI works as Knauf requirement or APAC requests.
- Work upon supervisor's assignments or any other job duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree, Major at Technical Background such as Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical or Electricity or any related majors.
- Good command of English speaking and writing.
- Have less than 1-year related experience in manufacturing company.
- Safety and Continuous Improvement Mindset.
- Knowledgeable of improving process capability, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Continuous Improvement and other Lean methodologies required.
- Good at analytical and data driven, logical thinking.
- Good in Computer skill (Microsoft office/Outlook).
