**Position Summary**
The Procurement Coordinator provides operational and analytical support to the Logistics Procurement team, working closely with operations to deliver timely and effective sourcing outcomes. The role is responsible for supplier onboarding, vendor and rate card management, and supporting tactical sourcing to meet dynamic operational needs. It also supports data integrity, supplier performance management, and cost and margin analysis to inform decision-making. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the role contributes to procurement efficiency through structured processes, performance insights, and responsive support to day-to-day logistics operations.

• **Supplier & Vendor Management:**
Manage supplier onboarding and maintain accurate vendor profiles and rate cards in line with procurement standards.
• 100% of new supplier onboarding completed within 5 business days
• Vendor and rate card data accuracy maintained at ≥98%
• **Tactical Sourcing & Operational Support:**
Support tactical sourcing and rapid response requirements to meet dynamic operational capacity needs.
• ≥95% of tactical sourcing requests responded to within agreed timeframes
• ≥90% of urgent capacity requirements successfully fulfilled
• RFx activities completed within agreed timelines
• 100% of RFx documentation maintained complete and auditable
• **Procurement Analytics & Cost Insights:**
Perform analysis on cost benchmarks, lane performance, and margins to support procurement decision-making.
• At least 2 actionable cost or margin insights identified per quarter
• 100% of active suppliers reviewed quarterly for KPI compliance
• **Supplier Performance Management:**
Monitor supplier performance, support root cause analysis, and assist in tracking corrective actions.
• ≥90% of performance issues tracked with corrective actions
• Procurement data accuracy maintained at ≥98%
• **Data Management & Reporting:**
Maintain procurement data integrity and produce regular reporting and insights to support operations and procurement.
• 100% of scheduled reports delivered on time
• Stakeholder satisfaction score ≥85% in biannual feedback survey
• **Stakeholder Collaboration:**
Collaborate with operations and internal stakeholders to align procurement activities and ensure process compliance.
• ≥90% adherence to approved suppliers and procurement processes
• Demonstrated efficiency or compliance improvement from implemented changes
• **Process Review & Continuous Improvement:**
Identify and support improvements in procurement processes, systems, and data management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Mandatory (critical for the role)
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with experience in an administrative or coordination role
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
• High level of computer literacy, including strong Excel skills (e.g. data analysis, pivot tables) and high accuracy in data management
• Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Basic commercial acumen with an understanding of cost drivers and ability to interpret cost and margin data
• Ability to respond to time-sensitive operational requirements and prioritise effectively in a dynamic logistics environment
Desirable (preferable for the role)
• 4-5 years Procurement and/or Supply Chain Experience
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar tools.
• Ability to use and develop Business Intelligence and visualisation tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with external suppliers in a fast-paced environment
