● Procure to pay for goods and services from local and overseas regarding raw material, equipment, tools, product details.
● Market research on pricing between different potential suppliers, thereby, proactive negotiate to achieve an appropriate pricing scope.
● Negotiation terms with suppliers on the Sale Contract and PO.
● Propose ideas for order implementation to superiors (Pricing, shipment term, payment term, leadtime...)
● Execute purchase orders based on approved plans and update regularly its status to related department.
● Being prepared documentary for PO settlement based on the aligned payment terms.
● Follow and resolve contingency issues to ensure shipment on time.
● Coordinating with Logistics department for customs clearance.
● Provide sufficient purchase documentary to finance team.
● Coordinate with QC department to work with supplier in terms of resolving quality issues.
● Evaluate supplier performance quarterly.
● Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business English, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
● At least 6 months of experience in a procurement or
purchasing role.
● Having knowledge in international trade terms, Incoterms.
● Proficient in English, especially speaking skill.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills; careful and detail-oriented in work.
● High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
