Purchasing
Develop and search for new sources from new suppliers.
Ensure procurement is carried out on time, in the required quantity, and with the specified quality.
Always ensure a stable supply source to support the business.
Perform price comparisons, conduct tenders according to company regulations, ensure competitive prices, in line with the objectives set by Management.
Prepare contracts, orders, and payments for both domestic and international suppliers.
Handle any incidents or complaints during the purchasing process.
Logistics & Import-Export
Monitor the company's import-export shipments, ensure that documents are prepared and accurate for customs declaration.
Handle incidents and complaints during the process of transporting goods and import-export.
Other tasks as directed by superiors.
Compile data as requested.
Carry out superiors' requests.

Bachelor's degree in fields such as Foreign Trade, Engineering, International Economics, Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Have experience in purchasing from overseas.
Knowledge of international trade operations and customs procedures.
Know how to manage time and organize tasks effectively.
Organizational skills, time management
