ABOUT US:
We are a young company operating in the retail sector, specializing in premium consumer goods and seeking a candidate who embodies the following criteria: Discipline - Collaborative - Flexible - Productive.
With a focus on data-driven operations, we are currently in the process of building our ERP system to streamline our business processes and enhance decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop procurement strategy:
- Define clear procurement strategies for the company, including identifying supply sources, procurement processes, and supplier evaluation criteria. This ensures feasibility and alignment with the company's business objectives.
2. Supplier sourcing and evaluation:
- Capture market information, research, and evaluate suppliers that meet the company's requirements.
- Ensure supplier quality and performance.
3. Manage the procurement process:
- Build and manage the procurement process, including identifying needs, creating purchase orders, monitoring and overseeing the ordering process.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery that meets the company's requirements.
4. Negotiation and contract management:
- Conduct price negotiations, purchasing terms discussions, and contract management with suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and other relevant terms and conditions of purchase contracts.
5. Establish and maintain supplier relationships:
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure long-term cooperation and optimize the partner benefits with suppliers.
6. Standardize processes and documentation:
- Build and maintain procurement processes, relevant document templates, guidelines, and regulations to ensure consistency and effectiveness in procurement activities.
7. Manage procurement staff:
- Lead and supervise procurement staff, ensuring high work performance and compliance with company regulations.
8. Data analysis and process improvement:
- Capture market trends, analyze data, and propose improvements to procurement processes.
- Optimize costs and enhance efficiency in procurement activities.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or related fields.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or the retail industry for at least 5 years, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Understanding of processes and regulations related to procurement in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team, drive performance, and achieve goals.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Ability to analyze data, assess risks, and make decisions based on data and market information.
- Patience, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with data and details.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using procurement management tools and software, including ERP and supply chain management software.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or the retail industry for at least 5 years, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
