Strategic Procurement & Supplier Management
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and supplier optimization.
Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supply risks to support sourcing decisions.
Build annual procurement plans and budgets.
Identify, evaluate, qualify, and onboard new suppliers.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key suppliers.
Conduct supplier performance evaluations and manage corrective action plans.
Sourcing, Contract &
Purchasing Operations
Lead RFQ, RFP, and tendering processes.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, service levels, and commercial contracts.
Ensure supplier agreements comply with company policies and local regulations.
Maintain contract database and monitor contract renewals.
Oversee the purchase order process from requisition to delivery.
Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
Resolve supply disruptions and delivery issues proactively.
Cost Control, Collaboration, Compliance & Team Leadership
Deliver annual procurement savings targets.
Analyze total cost of ownership when making sourcing decisions.
Monitor procurement spend and prepare procurement reports and spend analysis.
Work closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Logistics teams.
Support new product introductions by sourcing qualified suppliers.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations, company procurement policies, and ethical sourcing standards.
Identify supply chain risks, maintain audit readiness, lead and develop the procurement team, set KPIs, and monitor team performance.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
7-10 years of procurement or sourcing experience, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in supplier negotiations and contract management.
Strong procurement strategy, sourcing, RFQ/RFP, tendering, and purchasing operations capability.
Strong supplier management, supplier evaluation, corrective action, and continuous improvement capability.
Strong cost management, TCO analysis, procurement savings, spend analysis, and budget planning capability.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, electronics, automotive, FMCG, retail, or multinational environments is preferred.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Logistics teams.
Ability to manage supply chain risks, procurement compliance, documentation, and audit readiness.
Team leadership capability, including coaching, KPI setting, and performance monitoring.
