Co-ordinate with stakeholders (Japan, HongKong, China, Malaysia...) to identify the specification and requirement to progress the sourcing strategy for components of Konica Minolta products.
Operating the entire project from sourcing, drawing, cost negotiation, contract, payment, assembly line, production, equipment, Capacity, FA samples, delivery, check & feedback with requirements from suppliers or related parties.
Cost optimization with the analysis, negotiation to ensure the best price with standard quality and timeline.
Capture price trends, monitor and update in time
Follow up fluctuation of raw material (Up/down/trend/shortage...) to take timely action for procurement activities
Looking for & build new potential suppliers satisfy Konica Minolta requirements, parallel with maintain and grow up good relationship & cooperation with current suppliers to purpuse target about increasing localization rate in Asean.
Quick actions with related parties when have BCP risks might impact to supplier chain
Other tasks is required by superior
