Mô tả công việc
- Dossier preparation, verification, tracking status and follow up to obtain approval for all product categories
- Coordinate with relevant functions and parties to collect and clarify information for product dossier preparation for all product categories.
- Understand the local HS Codes and import regulation, support on HS code checking files.
- Update product approval to relevant stakeholders and renewal reminder.
- Record and update data report files, tracking status report for licenses/ certificates applications at SKU level and maintain hard copy document of compliance: Certificate of Conformity ; Product Notification; Quality Declaration/Self-Declaration...
- Handle translation for product description, importer label or follow up notarized translation with Translation service (if needed)
- Support in Compliance activities: regulator on-site audit, PR and payment
- To assist line manager and team to update and maintain regulatory process for each product category, maintain importers' master data with higher accuracy on license/certificate requirements.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor degree in any related fields or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience: About 01 year of working experience in local regulations/legislations relating cosmetic
/food/antiseptic/pharmaceuticals is a good advantage
Knowledge:
- Understanding of local regulations and compliance obligations, Customs operation and HS codes knowledge .
Foreign language: English is preferred
Skills:
- Proficiency in computer programs, especially Microsoft office application (MS Word, Excel, Power point, etc.)
- Well-organised, and logical/systematic thinking
- Ability to liaise with other functions
Personality:
- Integrity, maturity, and a sense of urgency are a pre-requisite
