Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Product Design Lead to take full ownership of end-to-end user experiences across our mobile apps (iOS/Android), web platforms, and B2B SaaS solutions. In this role, you will bridge user-centered research, business strategy, and scalable UI/UX execution while mentoring team designers and optimizing our DesignOps.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Product Design: Lead and execute discovery, user flows, information architecture, wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, and interactive prototypes for high-traffic platforms.
Design System & Scalability: Architect, maintain, and scale our Enterprise Design System using Figma Variables, Design Tokens, and Auto-layout to ensure design-to-code consistency.
AI-Driven DesignOps: Integrate modern GenAI workflows (LLMs, generative UI/UX tools) into research, copywriting, behavioral synthesis, and rapid prototyping to optimize delivery velocity.
Data-Informed UX & Research: Conduct usability testing, analyze in-app behavioral metrics, and translate user feedback into actionable product optimizations.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, QA, and business stakeholders throughout agile development cycles.
Mentorship & Quality Standards: Define design review workflows, maintain output quality benchmarks, and support the professional growth of junior/mid-level designers.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in UI/UX & Product Design, with proven experience in a Lead or Senior IC role within product-based tech companies.
Strong track record of designing and delivering multi-platform products (Mobile Apps & Web/SaaS) serving large-scale user bases.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, Design Systems architecture, component variants, and developer handoff workflows.
Solid grasp of Product Thinking, user psychology, information architecture, and agile product development.
Practical experience or strong enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools in modern design workflows.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end case studies, systems thinking, and measurable product impact.
