ABOUT THE JOB

We're looking for an experienced Product Designer, who will play a vital role in shaping the design of our enterprise web and gaming products. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing user experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design & Execution

Participate in the end-to-end design process for core product features, from initial research and ideation to final design and handoff.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs, ensuring a balance of usability and aesthetics.
Work closely with the Product Owner and development team to ensure a smooth handoff and accurate implementation.

Research & Improvement

Conduct foundational user research and leverage insights to improve the product experience.
Identify opportunities to improve existing UX and workflows, and propose viable solutions.
Assist in resolving production incidents, supporting the engineering team in identifying root causes and deploying temporary fixes.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in UX/UI Design, Illustration, Graphic Design or related major.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, proven by a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-en product design work.
Strong understanding of the planning, design, and development process.
Solid grasp of UI/UX, usability, product research, product requirement documentation and testing methodologies.
Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (PTS, AI) or other design tools.
Hands-on experience conducting usability testing, and synthesizing insights into actionable design improvements.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Proficiency in English for effective communication with cross-functional teams.
Deep experience working in agile teams alongside product owner and development team.
Fast learner, self-motivation, strong verbal and written communication skill
Familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
Good teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Great communication and team-building abilities.
Flexible and able to adapt to changes quickly.
