What You'll Do
Own end-to-end product design: from UX research → wireframes → polished UI.
Translate parent pain points and teen psychology into delightful, intuitive flows.
Build and maintain our design system (mobile-first).
Collaborate tightly with engineers to ship fast, high-quality features.
Prototype and test concepts with real parents/teens - iterate weekly.
Infuse warmth + trust into every screen (parents must feel supported, not judged).
Yêu cầu
What You Bring
2+ years of product design experience (consumer apps preferred).
Strong portfolio showing mobile-first work (bonus: social, education, or wellness).
Mastery of Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping).
UX chops: able to distill messy problems into simple, elegant flows.
Visual design skill: typography, color, motion, branding.
Startup DNA: scrappy, fast, user-obsessed.
Bonus: experience with gamification, habit loops, or Duolingo-like design.
