Takes pictures of the samples/swatches (either collection or TF) on dummies according to standards, and build a PPT for the PD
Prepares the parcels (swatches, samples, accessories...) and get in touch with the relevant shipping companies for picking in office
Informs the sales manager of the dispatched parcels together with PPT and tracking number
Prepares NC for the PD (basic info to start then step by step increase the number of info to be filled in)
Contacts fabric mills to inform them on sourcing requests and send them the relevant swatches if any
Update Development and Follow up GG sheet continuously
Supports the Product developer (PD) in the day to day tasks so that the PD can spend more time on strategic topics
