YOUR JOBS:
Process new development requests and coordinate with relevant departments on related PD tasks including drawings, costing, testing, creating product codes and sample shipments.
Lead PD tasks relating to OEM accounts such as creating assembly instruction videos and processing requests for replacement parts.
Provide regular updates and reports for the OEM Team Leader, the clients and the CS team.
Participate in internal meetings with CS and other departments to align on development timelines and resolve issues.
Prepare sample reports with photography and lead sample reviews with the client's PD team.
Prepare re-caps of the sample reviews for internal and external use.
Lead tasks relating to new finishing developments.
Support the OEM Team Leader with the transition from the development stage to mass production.
Coordinate with relevant departments and 3rd parties to process all testing requests

Yêu cầu công việc

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
A minimum of 1 year experience in a product development role, preferably in the furniture, design, or interior design sectors.
An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as, Media or Advertising.
Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a strong asset.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
A strong passion for and knowledge of furniture, design, and interior design, with a keen eye for aesthetic details.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers positively and understand their needs.
A friendly, helpful, and confident personality, combined with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
