REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields.
- Experience in Product Development/ Merchandiser or similar roles.
- Understanding and proficiency in the process of product development, including the ability to read 2D drawings
- An awareness of quality control standards, material properties, cost considerations, and production efficiency would be advantageous
- E-commerce knowledge, Sporting Goods, Gardening domain is preferable.
Skills
- Well-organize, ability to go into details, project management skills
- Strong in communication and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet established timelines & high demanding levels.
- High adaptability, able to switch quickly to new projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- "Going the extra mile" spirit, you always want to reach beyond your limit
Experience
- Have around 5-7 years of working in Product Development in Global company.
- Experience and deep understanding about Sporting goods/ Gardening products.
