Product Development Specialist (Chuyên Viên Phát Triển Sản Phẩm)

What you bring
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative professional who enjoys working with customers, understanding market needs and developing new opportunities.
You bring:
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Business or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of and experience with commercial dynamics, including producer/buyer interactions.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and product development.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• A customer-service-oriented mindset and strong integrity.
• Good command of English for communication and collaboration in an international environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required by the role.
Experience or knowledge in vegetable seed commercial activities and/or product development would be a plus.

You will become part of the Rijk Zwaan Vietnam team, working with Product Development and Marketing colleagues to develop new varieties and solutions for our customers.
With our R&D Station in Lam Dong and office in Ho Chi Minh City, you will work closely with customers and internal teams and gain exposure to market and product development in an international environment.
You will also have opportunities to collaborate with R&D, Marketing and Product Development teams, develop your market knowledge and contribute to long-term business growth in Vietnam.
