Develop and implement marketing plans for assigned products to achieve business objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze market, customer, competitor, and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Monitor product performance and market dynamics and recommend appropriate adjustments to marketing strategies.
Support the development of product strategies, promotional campaigns, communication materials, and other marketing initiatives.
2. Budget & Target Management
Support the
Marketing Manager in developing annual product targets and marketing budgets.
Assist in allocating targets and budgets to the national sales team.
Track marketing expenditures against approved budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
3. Brand & Product Management
Strengthen brand positioning and awareness among target customer segments.
Manage the product life cycle, including product launches, rebranding, and product updates.
Develop and maintain product knowledge, key messages, promotional materials, and sales support tools.
Ensure all promotional activities and materials comply with local regulations and Company policies.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability and distribution efficiency nationwide.
Provide product and marketing support to the Sales team, including field communication, campaign implementation, and market feedback follow-up.
Participate in cross-functional projects related to product development, product launches, tenders, market access, and other business priorities.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and other relevant stakeholders.
Organize training sessions, workshops, scientific meetings, and marketing events for internal teams and external audiences.
Support engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other healthcare stakeholders in accordance with Company policies and applicable regulations.
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor sales performance, market share, and campaign ROI to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
Prepare monthly reports for the Marketing Manager covering sales results, market trends, challenges, and KPI progress.
Provide timely market intelligence and field insights to support business planning and decision-making.
Maintain accurate and timely reports, activity records, budget tracking, and other required documentation.
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is mandatory.
1-3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Marketing, Product Management, Sales, or other commercial functions.
Experience with ophthalmology or ophthalmic products is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning, coordination, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good understanding of the Vietnamese pharmaceutical market and healthcare regulations.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.
Willingness to travel as required by the job.
Good command of written and spoken English and ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
IELTS, TOEIC, or TOEFL certification is an advantage.
