Product Graphic Designer (Graphic & CMF)

1. Packaging Design
• Design packaging for household and kitchenware products.
• Design paper boxes, sleeves, labels, stickers and hangtags.
• Design POSM materials, catalogs, and sales collateral.
2. Pattern Design
• Design surface patterns for:
- Beveraware
- Tumblers & Cups
- Lunch Boxes
- Cookware
- Textiles
- Kitchen Accessories
- Small Home Appliances
• Additional responsibilities:
- Develop seasonal artwork concepts (Spring, Summer, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.).
- Create pattern systems that align with the Brand Identity.
3. Color Design
• Develop CMF (Color, Material & Finish) concepts for product collections.
• Research color trends from Korea, Japan, and Europe.
• Create Color Stories for seasonal and product collections.
• Work with Pantone, CMYK, and RGB color systems while ensuring color accuracy during production.
4. Artwork Development
• Prepare production-ready artwork.
• Review Adobe Illustrator files before production.
• Create and verify packaging die-lines.
• Prepare files for offset, flexographic, and digital printing.
• Review color proofs and print samples.
5. Brand Design
• Develop Key Visuals for product collections.
• Design product icons and graphic symbols.
• Create infographics and product communication graphics.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity system across the brand.
6. Research & Trend Analysis
• Research design trends in Korea, Japan, and Europe.
• Analyze competitor products and market trends.
• Collect reference materials related to:
- Color
- Pattern
- Packaging
- Consumer product design
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with:
- Product Development
- Marketing
- Sales
- QA/QC
- Printing Vendors
- Suppliers
• Monitor product quality throughout the entire process, from design development to mass production.
