Mô tả công việc
*Primary Objectives:
• Oversee and manage the Product Department in Vietnam, ensuring consistent and efficient operations.
• Research, develop, and launch new products while updating existing ones to align with Maika Tours' standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to foster synergies and maintain effective communication for timely adjustments.
*Main Tasks
• Develop and implement production plans.
• Conduct research for new product development in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Thailand
• Communicate product updates internally and externally.
• Ensure product quality through continuous monitoring.
• Drive market promotion for new products.
• Provide supervision and support to the Vietnam product teams.
• Conduct inspection trips as necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc
*Competencies
• Fluent in English.
• Extensive knowledge of the tourism industry, particularly in hotel and tourism management.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Creativity and dynamic approach with deep understanding of Vietnamese products and destinations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Effective planning and organizational skills for workload prioritization.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and engage in new projects.
• Personal characteristics: pleasant demeanor, positive attitude, open-mindedness, honesty, activeness, and decisiveness.
*Education
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel/Tourism/Foreign Languages/Economics or related fields.
*Experience
• Minimum of five years in the tourism industry.
• At least two years in a similar managerial position.

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM/morning & 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM/afternoon; Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM/morning
