Product Manager - Marketplace

Position Overview:
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join the Marketplace & Payment squad and help build and iterate on Everfit's global coach discovery and connection platform.
You'll report to and work closely with a Senior Product Manager based in the US, who owns the overall Marketplace & Payment strategy and vision. Your role is to be the execution engine in Vietnam - owning marketplace and payment features end-to-end, driving the local engineering and design team, and staying tightly aligned with the US Senior PM on priorities and direction through daily async collaboration.
This is a role for someone who gets excited about two-sided platforms, loves thinking about how supply and demand connect, and wants to build something people genuinely love to use. You'll work at the intersection of growth, UX, and data - constantly asking: how do we help the right client find the right coach, faster? And how do we help coaches show up in a way that builds trust and drives results?
Your impact
Roadmap Execution & Delivery
Partner with the Senior PM to execute the Marketplace & Payments roadmap by translating product priorities into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
Own specific features and improvements across both product areas, including coach profiles, search and discovery, onboarding flows, checkout experiences, subscriptions, payment methods, and transaction management.
Drive day-to-day execution with Engineering and Design teams, ensuring features are delivered with quality and impact.
Identify risks and blockers early, proactively communicate progress, and help keep stakeholders aligned.
Discovery & Product Thinking
Research and understand the needs of both coaches and clients across the marketplace journey, from discovery and onboarding to booking and payment.
Monitor key product metrics across Marketplace and Payments, including activation, conversion, engagement, payment success rates, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Design, support, and analyze experiments aimed at improving marketplace growth, trust, conversion, and payment experiences.
Synthesize customer feedback, support insights, user research, and data into actionable product recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Design to create seamless and intuitive experiences across both Marketplace and Payments.
Work with Engineering and Data teams to define tracking requirements, measure success, and make data-informed decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Customer Success, Operations, and Growth to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions.
Align regularly with the US-based Senior PM on priorities, roadmap execution, trade-offs, and long-term product direction.
Who you are
Ideal Candidate Background
You are US educated and have lived, studied, or worked in the US. You deeply understand both Western and Eastern cultures and can help bridge the two as we build a global product company from Vietnam.
You have both the study and work experience abroad, and you have been exposed to high-performing, fast-moving environments. You carry a global perspective and are eager to bring that mindset to product development at Everfit.
You have a strong product and technology foundation. You understand how software gets built and enjoy working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to solve real user problems and deliver impactful products.
Must have
2-4 years of product management experience in a SaaS, consumer, or marketplace product.
Proven ability to ship features end-to-end: discovery → definition → delivery → iteration.
Strong product instincts and UX judgment - you think deeply about how users discover, evaluate, and trust what they find.
Comfortable with data: funnel analysis, conversion rates, cohorts, and experiment design.
Excellent English communication skills - clear specs, crisp async updates, strong stakeholder alignment.
Organized and proactive: you manage your work, drive clarity, and follow through.
Nice to have:
Experience with two-sided marketplace products, discovery systems, or search and ranking.
Background in consumer growth, UX research, or trust and safety features.
Familiarity with how coaches, instructors, or creators build and grow their online presence.
Curiosity about AI-powered personalization, recommendation systems, or AI-assisted coach tools.
